We work South Louisiana. For Lake Charles, Shreveport, Monroe and Alexandria, and for moves out of state, we hand you to an agent who works that market every day, then get out of the way. It costs you nothing, and you're free to hire someone else.

Why not just take it ourselves? Because pricing a home takes local knowledge that doesn't travel. A Baton Rouge agent guessing at Shreveport is worth less to you than a Shreveport agent who sold three homes on that street.

Referral questions
Does a referral cost me anything?
No. You hire the local agent and agree to their fee directly with them. If their brokerage pays a referral fee, it comes out of their side of that agreement, not on top of it.
What if I don't like the agent you pick?
Tell us and we'll find someone else, or you can go your own way. You're never under any obligation.
Can you refer me out of state?
Yes. Through Epique Realty we can reach agents across the country. Tell us the city.
Which Louisiana markets do you refer out?
Lake Charles, Shreveport, Monroe and Alexandria. Everywhere else in South Louisiana, we'll take it ourselves. See the map.
