Is this the same as an appraisal?
No. It's a comparative market analysis from a licensed real estate agent, based on recent nearby sales. An appraisal is done by a licensed appraiser, usually for a lender. If you need one for a loan, estate or divorce, you'll want an appraiser.
How long does it take?
Usually within one business day. If we need to see the home to account for updates, we'll set a time that works for you.
Do you need to come inside my home?
Not for a first price opinion. A walk-through helps us fine-tune it if you're planning to sell soon.
