This policy covers nicolespellmangroup.com, operated by Nicole Spellman Group, a real estate team of Nicole Gaudet, REALTOR®, licensed in Louisiana and brokered by Epique Realty.

What we collect

What you give us

When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and anything you write in a message or question field, along with the choices you make, such as your timeline or whether you're working with an agent.

What the site records automatically

• How you got here. The page you landed on, the page you submitted from, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked. This is stored in your browser for the visit and sent with the form so we know which page brought you.
• Server logs. Our host records standard request data, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
• Preferences. Small items we store in your browser, such as whether you dismissed a notice. These stay on your device.

We do not ask for a Social Security number, bank details, or a payment method anywhere on this site.

How we use it

• To answer you: send your home price opinion, confirm a showing or reply to a question.
• To follow up about buying or selling, by call, text or email, if you asked us to or agreed to it on the form.
• To run the business: keeping records of who asked for what, and improving the pages people use.

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade your contact details to anyone.

Who else sees it

• Our CRM. Form submissions go into Follow Up Boss, the system we use to track client requests and our replies.
• Our hosting and form services. They process the request that carries your information to us.
• Partner agents. If your property is in an area we serve through a partner agent, or you ask for an agent in another market, we pass your name, contact details and what you're looking for to that licensed agent so they can help you. We may receive a referral fee from that agent's brokerage; it is paid out of their commission, not added to what you pay.
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Our brokerage, Epique Realty, has access to transaction records as required for its supervision of licensed activity.

Calls, texts and email

If you check the consent box on a form, you're agreeing that Nicole Spellman Group may contact you by call, text or email about your inquiry, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of getting a price opinion, scheduling a showing or asking a question. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us by phone or email and we'll take you off the list. Reply HELP for help. How often we text depends on your request.

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful: pages viewed, general location (city level), device and browser, and whether a form was sent or a phone number was tapped. We turned off Google's advertising features and do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad pixels. Google Analytics sets its own cookies; you can block them in your browser or with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The site also stores a small amount of information in your own browser to remember where you came from during your visit and whether you closed a notice. Clearing your browser data removes it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and client records for as long as we're working together and afterward for the period Louisiana real estate record-keeping rules require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless a law or a signed agreement requires us to keep it.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it, or to stop contacting you.

Email or call us using the details below and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is meant for adults buying and selling homes. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Listings and third-party sites

Pages on this site may link to the MLS, parish assessors, FEMA flood tools and other outside sites. Their privacy practices are their own, not ours.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
