How much does it cost to sell a house in Ascension Parish?

The cost to sell comes down to five lines: the commission you negotiate, the seller’s closing and title items (certificates, mortgage cancellations, seller closing fees), your mortgage payoff, prorated property taxes for the part of the year you owned the home, and any repairs or credits you agree to. There is no fixed percentage; commission is set by your listing agreement and is negotiable.
